We sell digital products including e-books, and provide services including screenplay analysis, proofreading, and related content services (collectively, “Products and Services”). All sales are final as described in Section 4 below.
Upon purchase of a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal and professional use, subject to the following restrictions:

When you submit a screenplay, script, or other content to us for analysis, proofreading, or any other service:
All sales of digital products and services are final. We do not offer refunds on e-books, digital downloads, or service fees once a purchase is completed or a service has been initiated.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and understand that no refund will be issued.
